WEDDINGS

We do indoor weddings but are limited in the number of people we can accommodate.  Outdoor weddings are the most popular. Our initial price is based on the estimate of people attending given to us by the couple. If the number should increase on the actual day it will be at an additional cost of the difference of attendees to the initial number given.  Please note every wedding is very unique and no two weddings are alike.  We always sit down with you, discuss your plans, and reach an agreement according to your needs and your budget.  It is your special day.

RECEPTION

Note: These prices are based on the wedding being held at Thee Hubbell House. If the wedding is not held at Thee Hubbell House there will be an additional hourly charge for use of the property.

 

Rehearsal Dinner or Formal Reception $35.00/ person (Max 40 People)

  Choice of menu items if we have a prior count, if not, a one item entrée

   Includes fresh salad, vegetable, potatoes, bread, dessert and non-alcoholic drink.

•  Price does not include 8.25% food sales tax.

 

Buffet $15.00/ person

(glass/silver products inside, paper/plastic products outside)

  Two or three main entrées

  Includes fresh vegetable, potatoes, salad, bread/rolls, and non-alcoholic drink

•  Price does not include 8.25% food sales tax.

Finger Foods $12.50/ person

(glass/silver products inside, paper/plastic products outside)

  Vegetable platter

  Fruit platter

  Meat and cheese platter

•  Price does not include 8.25% food sales tax.

 

  Note:  Outside catering is allowed for an additional charge.

PAYMENT POLICY

½ of the initial total will be paid at time of the confirmation of the wedding date. The remainder of the initial total balance will be paid 7 days prior to wedding date. The deposit and final payment are non-refundable.

Increase of numbers of attendees on the wedding day, increase in food preparation for this increase of attendees, and any damages to property or furnishings, will be paid for no later 7 days after the wedding date. We are not responsible for inclement weather. Date requested is final.
